PCS-12 Complex Oligosaccharide Detected in the Lingua of Hystrix javanica by Lectin Histochemistry

Hystrix javanica or usually called Sunda porcupine is wildlife animal that only found in Java, Bali, Sumbawa, Flores, Lombok, Madura, and Tonahdjampea (Indonesia) [1]. International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources (IUCN) has classified this Rodentia into Least Concern criteria, that means the species is relatively widespread and abundant [2]. Nevertheless, their population in nature was threatened, since this mammal was considered as pest by some people.There were anatomical data of Sunda porcupine organ, but it still limited. One of the ways to determine the detail function of the organ can be done by making histological preparations. Lectin histochemistry has been used widely as a probe to detect sugar residues in the organs or tissues because lectin can bind specifically to carbohydrate residues in term of glycoconjugates [3]. Analysis the composition or type of sugar residues in the organs can help to understanding the role of their function.The aims of this study were to detect and find out the distribution of complex oligosaccharide in the lingua of Hystrix javanica using lectin histochemistry method. This data will completes the information that has been obtained before about mucopolysaccharide type of major salivary glands of Hystrix javanica [4]

ANALISIS KUALITAS WEBSITE MENGGUNAKAN METODE WEBQUAL 4.0 PADA E-COMMERCE JD.ID

Akhir-akhir ini pertumbuhan e-commerce di Indonesia terbilang cukup pesat dan persaingan industri e-commerce semakin ketat. Masing-masing e-commerce terus melakukan inovasi untuk memastikan bahwa bisnis mereka masih diminati dan sesuai dengan keinginan pasar. JD.id merupakan salah satu layanan e-commerce yang masuk ke pasar Indonesia pada bulan November 2015. JD.id memiliki model bisnis B2C (business-to-consumer) dimana sebagian besar produk-produk yang dijual merupakan produk milik mereka sendiri dan sisanya adalah produk yang dimiliki oleh para merchant yang bekerja sama dengan JD.id. Dengan banyaknya perusahaan e-commerce di Indonesia, setiap perusahaan e-commerce diharuskan untuk memiliki keunikannya masing-masing guna menarik minat pembeli. Website merupakan salah satu hal utama dalam menjalankan industri e-commerce, kualitas dan keandalan suatu website merupakan salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan pelaku industri e-commerce. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti akan menjelaskan mengenai tingkat kualitas website JD.id berdasarkan sudut pandang pengguna website. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode WebQual 4.0 yang berfokus pada atribut kualitas informasi, interaksi dan kegunaan. Data-data yang diperoleh dianalsis dengan metode IPA (Importance Perfomance Analysis) dan diolah dengan SPSS. Bedasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa beberapa atribut WebQual dari website JD.id sudah memiliki performa yang memuaskan bagi pelanggan. Selain itu JD.id juga memiliki beberapa atribut yang perlu ditingkatkan guna memperbaiki perfoma tingkat layanan website JD.id

Analisis Zonasi Ekowisata Bahari Berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis

The magnitude of tourism potential and diversity of tourism in Pesisir Barat District, making the attraction for tourists in Pesisir Barat District. It is needed a tourism planning in the mapping of marine ecotourism area in Pesisir Barat District, beauty of nature, and the interest of foreign tourists are not hindered by the attributes - ecotourism attributes that are inadequate for the purpose of the prosperity that has a big impact for the province and the country. The purpose of this research is to design the zoning of marine ecotourism area in Pesisir Barat regency. The method used is Community Based Analysis Method and SWOT Analysis based on Geographic Information System. Based on the analysis, this regency has 30 areas that have the potential to be developed. It can be concluded that special attention is needed from the government in arranging space and territory in natural resources owned by Pesisir Barat regency.Besarnya potensi wisata dan keanekaragaman wisata di Kabupaten Pesisir Barat, menjadikan daya tarik bagi turis untuk dilakukannya pariwisata di Kabupaten Pesisir Barat.Diperlukan sebuah perencanaan pariwisata dalam pemetaan wilayah ekowisata bahari di Kabupaten Pesisir Barat, sehingga keindahan alam, dan ketertarikan wisatawan asing tidak terhalangi oleh atribut–atribut ekowisata yang kurang memadai demi tujuan tercapainya kemakmuran daerah yang berdampak cukup besar bagi provinsi maupun negara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendesain zonasi kawasan ekowisata bahari di kabupaten Pesisir Barat.Metode  yang digunakan adalah Analisis Berbasis Masyarakat dan Analisis SWOT yang berbasis SistemInformasi Geografis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang sudah dilakukan, kabupaten ini memiliki 30 wilayah yang sangat berpotensi untuk dikembangkan.Disimpulkan bahwa perlu perhatian khusus dari pemerintah dalam menata ruang dan wilayah dalam sumberdaya kekayaan alam yang dimiliki oleh kabupaten Pesisir Barat
